Why Use Easy Diary?

The main reason for using the Easy Diary is for streaming team collaboration and communication in a much more efficient way. Nowadays quick decision making is important especially in a team environment. Important that each team member knows what other team members are doing. So with Easy Diary, team members keep others informed of what is happening by entering Diary Journals, Appointments with other team members and clients. Other important information such as Contacts sharing is available as well. An important feature of this software is to keep track of tasks which keep moving till done. Each User and Diary entry has an access level which means certain sensitive entries are only seen by executive members in the team. Work Planning and Simple Employee Rostering and Scheduling and Invoicing can also be achieved through this system. The Simple Employee Roster and Work Schedule can then be shared with your employees. Comments can then be left on these work diary journals.

The System is user and password protected. There is no need to install since it is all browser based and using Web 2.0 technologies. Easy Diary is accessible from anywhere at anytime.

Currently you can only export iCal (*.ics) files so you can import them into your phone, Outlook, Yahoo Calender, Google Calendar and other iCal compatible programs. As from version 1.04 we are planning to release an iCal import tool that will import iCal files into Easy Diary.

Pricing

The Pricing is €1 per team member (User Login) per month using the system. Each Team Member will have his/her login, diary entries, tasks and security level access. Unlimited online support and upgrades are provided as part of the service. Monthly invoices will be emailed and payment will be done through Paypal.
